         แรงงานต่างชาติหลบหนี นายจ้างกลายเป็ นแรงงานผิดกฎหมายพุง่ พรวด ณ สินเดือน พฤษภาคม ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ ทัวไต้หวันมีแรงงานต่างชาติหลบหนี นายจ้าง กลายเป็ นแรงงาน ผิดกฎหมาย และยังไม่ถูกจับกุมส่งกลับประเทศ จํานวน ๖๖,๗๘๙ คน มากกว่าช่วงเวลา เดียวกันของปี ทีแล้วกว่า ๑๕,๐๐๐ คน ตํารวจตรวจคนเข้าเมืองทัวไต้หวันออกปฏิบตั ิการ ตรวจจับอย่างเข้มงวด

       泰籍合法移工「姊姊」在工作之餘，瞞著雇主私下與同鄉泰籍移工 合夥兼營網拍事業，原本想藉此賺外快，沒想到遭到查獲違反就業服務 法第 43 條，除了挨罰新臺幣 3 萬元，還有可能面臨工作許可被廢止，得 不償失。移民署南區事務大隊台南市專勤隊表示，就業服務法第 43 條 「除本法另有規定外，外國人未經雇主申請許可，不得在中華民國境內工 作。」違反者可處新臺幣 3 萬至 15 萬元罰鍰，甚至廢止聘僱許可並令其 出國。提醒合法居留的外籍移工切勿因小失大，移民署也會持續結合主 管機關，針對類似情形加強宣導，避免外籍移工因不諳法令而影響在台 工作權。
