高透明度的牙科用二氧化鋯（如DD Cube X2, Vita YZ XT）會添加5 mol%以上穩定劑三氧化二釔（Y2O3），使室溫時立方晶相（cubic phase）佔50%以上，以改善傳統二氧化鋯的美觀問題[1]，因此(C)選項也是正確的，不知是否有人申訴。
不過硬要單選的話，我想還是選(B)吧，畢竟四方（t）至單斜（m）的transformation toughening（如圖[2]）比透明度重要。
立方二氧化鋯為面心立方（face-centered cubic）晶格[3]，(D)選項錯誤。
