【已刪除】微型美術館:都市中長條街屋的新證釋 設計緣起: 某藝術家(專長槍畫)熱愛藝文活動,擬在都市中傳統廟埕老街(如台北市的迪化街區)的長條街屋上,興建 一個微型美術館與個人居住空間。此微型美術館除了能提供該藝術家展示個人畫作作品的空間外,該畫家也有 開班授徒之打算,亦希望有一空間能收藏藝術品,並與同道好友討論藝文之事。該畫家的妻子爲一家庭主婦, 有一子(國中),夫妻倆非常好客,常有朋友住宿家中。而如何藉由微型美術館的介入,而重新設釋都市中長條 街屋的意義是重要議題。 空間需求: 微型美術館部分:展示空間、創作空間、教學空間、討論休閒、收藏室與其他附屬空間。(空間量自定) 居住空間部份:客廳、餐廳、起居室、主臥、1間臥室、客房與其它附屬空間等。(空間量自定) 基地條件: 基地位於台灣某都市中傳統老街的基地中。基地大小爲4.5m x 30m之長形基地,兩長向側與鄰房街屋相接,兩 短向側面臨8m寬和6m寬之街道;周圍的街屋大都爲三層樓高(一層樓之樓高4米),6米側街道兩側面對一 條15m小溪,而8米側面對廟埕廣場與老樹(12M高),且沿街面爲3.6m深“亭仔腳”之傳統老街空間(詳圖一)。 其中建蔽60%,容積率180%。(註:亭仔腳爲退縮的騎樓空間) 圖面要求: 1. 設計槪念約150字(請配合關鍵字和diagrams說明) 2. 各層平面圖1/100 3. 二向剖面圖1/100 4. 二側立面圖1/100 5. 其它有助表達設計內容與想法的圖面(例如透試圖、爆炸圖等)
