簡述一下Coagulation cascade分成三個路徑：
  1. Intrinsic pathway – 對血管壁受損的反應，主要牽涉Factors 12, 11, 9, 8
  2. Extrinsic pathway – 對組織受損的反應，主要涉及Factor 7
  3. Common pathway – 前面兩條路的匯合，牽涉到Factors 5, 10, 2(prothrombin)還有fibrinogen，最後形成fibrin
而aPTT是測量intrinsic+common pathways凝血時間
PT/INR則是extrinsic+common pathways

以作用目標大致看就可以理解
heparin(target 2a, 9a, 10a, 11a, 12a)會用aPTT來測
warfarin(target 2, 7, 9, 10)用PT/INR！
