Guidebook說是因為根據研究這些因素就是跟良好預後相關，
那我自己認為，應該是因為負性症狀對藥物反應不佳，
而且有負性症狀的話，對認知能力跟社交互動能力的影響比正性症狀更大，不管是在心理治療還是復健上其實都比較難執行。
